Dr. Leah Coutts grew up in the Boston area and went off to Lehigh University in in Bethlehem, PA where she received her degree in Behavioral Neuroscience. Pursuing her passion for patient care, Dr. Coutts completed her dental school training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
In order to build on her firm foundation in general dentistry, Dr. Coutts committed herself to completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry at UConn Health, where she was able to further her dental expertise in terms of complexity and knowledge, as well as increasing her skills when it comes to multifaceted cases and patients with advanced or complicated situations. "While this field is constantly evolving every day with the introduction of new technology, materials, research, and methods, I believe that continued education and forever learning is critical."
Dr. Coutts is relatively new to the "DMV" area, but has quickly become enamored with the area. She enjoys the complex tapestry of the local communities, their individual and interesting cultures, foods, and activities. Dr. Coutts also enjoys spending time with her puppy, as well as exploring the entire area.
Dr. Coutts is a warm and friendly clinician. At the same time, Dr. Coutts takes patient care very seriously and enjoys promoting and providing dental care designed to help patients keep their healthy smiles for a lifetime.
